Here are the current season rules and rates:
- A “day” is defined as a period of 9 hours
- Shows allowed only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- $100.00 cleaning deposit is required (it will be returned if the renter does a satisfactory job of clean-up)
- $400.00 for a one day rental
- $700.00 for 2 consecutive days’ rental
- $900.00 for 3 consecutive days’ rental
- $25 per hour charge for use beyond 9 hours in a day
- $25 per hour for any rehearsal/strike/set construction time on days other than show days
